Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays. Shipping is defaulted to standard shipping.
What are the delivery costs?
For orders less than $60, shipping is a flat $7.95 for standard shipping and $12.95 for Express Shipping Australia wide. Orders over $60 have free shipping!
International Shipping
We deliver internationally to selected countries:
- USA ($20 for packages up to 1kg, $30 for packages up to 2kgs)
- Asia ($20 for packages up to 1kg, $30 for packages up to 2kgs)
- New Zealand ($10 for packages up to 1kg, $20 for packages up to 3kgs)
International shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to deliver?
Please allow at least 2 business days for dispatch.
Orders made within Sydney Metropolitan area generally take 1-2 business days following dispatch via Australia Post. In very few cases, there may be a delay. Please ensure someone is around to sign for your parcel (or allow authority to leave).
For the rest of NSW and Interstate, delivery takes between 3-9 business days via Australia Post following dispatch depending which state you live in. You can track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track.
If you provide us an incorrect address for delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying $7.95 for a re-delivery fee.
Express Shipping
Express orders will receive priority dispatch. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.
Orders made within Australia Post Express delivery zones generally take 1-2 business days following dispatch via Australia Post. Please check that your postcode is covered within Australia Post's Express delivery postcodes to ensure that your address is eligible to receive express shipping services.
International Deliveries
We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vietnam, Philippines and most European countries.

Click and collect contactless pick-up is available from the Scoopi warehouse Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm:

When your order is ready to collect you will receive a notification email.
Please be mindful of the current Public Health Orders in place in Greater Sydney and the state of NSW, and check the travel restrictions for your local government area before choosing to click and collect.
