By purchasing the Monthly Subscription box, you will be charged once a month (on the date you make your first purchase) until you cancel. You will be charged once a month and each month around the 10th we will send you one slime box. You may cancel at any time.
If you would like to cancel, please log into your account and select - Manage Subscriptions. On this page, look for the Cancel Subscription section (the very last option on the page). Select Cancel Subscription and you will receive an email notification confirming this.
Cancelling your subscription is only for future orders. If you wish to also cancel your current month's order, please contact our customer service team at info@scoopi.com.au.
