I have forgotten my password?

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, select the Sign In link and then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email with details on how to set your new password.

 

I can’t log into my account?

Please check that your email address you used to create your account is correct. 

If you are still unable to login try the following:

If you are still unable to login to your account, clear the cookies in your Internet browser and try again.

 

How do I change my password?

Go to My Account and select Change Password and enter a new password and verify the new password.

 

How do I change my email preferences?

Go to My Account and select Subscriptions to opt in or out of receiving emails from Scoopi.

We reserve the right to:

  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
  • Contact you via phone or email and take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide

 

Pricing In Our Online Store

All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars. We will bill your method of payment in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you. 

Where delivery fees apply, they are charged in addition.

 

Are The Prices Online The Same In Store?

We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our store and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be different online to in store, due to special promotions that are only available in one channel.

Product & Stock Information

All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, we will contact you via phone or email and refund the monies paid for the item to the original method of payment.

All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

All our products should be provided to children greater than 6 years of age. Please take care when handling products around children and in no circumstances should any of our products be consumed as they are chocking hazards.

 

SLIMES:

We LOVE making our slimes, and certainly hope that you have fun playing with them!

Our slimes contain the following ingredients:

  • Non-toxic White/Clear Glue
  • Diluted borax solution
  • Fragrance Oil
  • Food dye
  • Instant Snow
  • Soft Clay
  • Beads, Charms, Sprinkles made from Resin or Plastic

Depending on the weather, slimes may arrive slightly melted when it's hot, or a tad stiff when it's too cold. Worry not! When the slime is:

A) Too Sticky : Reactivate them using a borax solution - dissolve 1/2 tsp of borax (provided) to 1/2 cup of warm water, add the solution to slime in small amounts to ensure that it's not overactivated.

B) Too Stiff : Warm it up with your hands or add a small amount of lotion to it.

Your slime will be happy when you care for it well! Remember the following tips:

  • No matter how delicious the slimes look, please do not eat them!!
  • Wash your hands before and after playing with the slimes! Germs and dust make the slimes icky.
  • Put your slime back in its container and close the lid.
  • Store the slime in a cool environment and away from a direct sunlight. 
  • Have fun!
